Autumn Joind the band for a bit! She had a really good time. She not only got to play on the drums she also got some tips on base from her Dad and lead form Uncle Eric. The she played some wild music video game for a while. She had a great time and I had a good time watching her!

We went to Big Brutis this morning and had a great time this is Josh and family standing inside the bucket of Brutis!! In case you don't know Big Brutis is a Crain that was used to strip mine all around Southeast Kansas it is Huge!! There is a coal mineing museam a quiet a history leason involved in the whole site out there!! It is great if you are ever in the area you should really go see it! You can go up inside the crain. There are many other mineing artifacts to see also.

Long Day!! Poor guys are totally worn out but stayed up late anyway at Grandpa's and Grandma's house watching cartoons and making plans for the next days activities!! Mom and Dad don't know it yet but we have a plan!! But for now as you can see it is 2:30am and they are sound asleep. As for me well you know I work night shift so.......... we are a different! lol!

The old girl made it another year!! She really gave us a scare last week but turned out to be some more bad teeth. she only has six left now. But she can still have her nummies! She is 13 now and still runs the house. Don't know what we will do when something happens to our Chewie!

Chris;Eric and Brad got togather at Christopher's for the weekend and played a bit. All of the players were not there,and they did not have nearly all their equipment, but they had a good time anyway. They usually play in Mcune. They sound pretty good actually. But they can't sing!! They had some problems with the singer and sent him packing. But the Band Plays on!!LOL!

Grandma and Me!! Jim,Iasac,Mike and Gradma . Chris,Julie,Melissa,Grandma,Andrew,

Uncle Mike,and Jacob. We had a house full for two days and a fun and busy time. Cooked out by the Master grillers Jocob and Mike! Yummy! And best of all all the starbucks I could handle. And Jacob Kept my spiced rum and dite coke full in the evening!! I didn't have to do a thing except take care of Dan! What a weekend! Spoiled Rotten! I didn't want to leave!lol! Got Grandma Homan on the Plane back to Arizona and finally got all her boxes mailed home to her. I am sure she is still resting up from her busy three weeks here!! Good time had by all!

More pictures on Dan's mom's visit. This is Dan & Mom and His sister Shelly. We drove to Chanute to visit with her for a few hours. It was a good visit. We have not seen her in a long time. It made for a very long day for Dan and Mom but they were Happy.

Jodi will probally hate me for this but this is she and Faith dancing with the Dancing Cobras at Columbus Days here in Columbus!! They actually wanted Faith to dance again but she wasen't having any part of it. But she had fun the first time with mommy! We all had a big day I am sure Jodi will post more pictures. The Cobras were very impresive and talented young people. I am very glad we got to be a part of their performance. The other young lady is my grand daughter Autumn. She was having a Great time also!!

St Johns Maude Norton Hospital "Maudie's Gang" Hospice walk team. We took first place again this year !! We are very proud to have taken over 6,800.00 this year to such a great cause. It has been another year long commitment that has been worth while! NEW TOTAL!!!!

Monster Tomato Plant!!

This tomato plant got 7ft. tall and 5ft wide it is produceing enough tomatoes to keep us all eating well. Wich is a good thing as everyone else's drown we got so much water here. The pepper plants are just as big. Maks me wish I had a bigger raised bed this year. Just enough to eat and not enough to make salsa!! Sorry!!
